What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, in the case of a contract concluded online, we may unilaterally withdraw from the contract on the basis of legal authorization and, if the product is returned, request a refund of the amount paid from the merchant. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that, before the purchase, we did not have the opportunity to inspect and try the product, and that before the purchase we could rely only on the information unilaterally provided by the seller.
